Wife filed so many cases against husband and his family. Husband also filed one case against wife who is living in other city. When the notice was served to her by Regd AD she took the cover and told to postman that she is going to show it to her father. But actually she has taken the photo of cover by cell phone in which details of case and case no, next date of hearing, seal of magistrate was there and thereafter she reused the postman to accept it.
On the date of1st hearing based on the details she appointed unofficially an advocate to look out the progress. Advocate enquired the information from the clerk of the judge and got the details.
Can a clerk pass on and can show the entire file of husband case to unknown advocate for his oblique motive because the said advocate has not filed the vakalatnama on behalf of the wife.
What objection under which clause husband should take before the judge in the above matter?
Can husband inform this illegal activity of the clerk to judge?
