Division of property

My great grandfather divided his self earned property between his two sons, my grandfather is the eldest he had a son from first marriage who is my father and 3 sons and 3 daughter's from second marriage after the death of fisrt wife. Partial property was divided through will and left behind a house and a shop which was not divided in the will. My grandfather expired in 1985.  My question is how the undivided property can be divided and do his daughter's or their children have right in this property.

the property must be divided equally between your father, 3 sons and 3 daughters of second wife and also a share to his second wife which means each will get 1/8th share

though everybody has a right in the property, you ppl should not fight like dogs and cats for property, take advice of above gentleman and divide it equally so that everybody is satisfied.
