One Indian Lady (Bride) and Indian man (Bride groom) married in India. Bride groom is working in Abroad. There are disputes in between them. The Bride went to her friends house in the same country where her husband is working. Bride Groom sent a notice through the court in the where he is working to his wife where she went to her friends house. By the time when the said notice was came to that house for causing service, the bride left that place. Basing on the endorsement of not in address on Unserved notice, that country where the Bride groom is working granted decree of divorce. Is it valid in Law and binding on the Bride.
