delay in disposal of appeal at high court

Sir My wife filed a case for maintenance under 125 of CrPC at family court alwar,on false claims/misrepresentation of facts.An appeal is pending at high court Jaipur for more than one year.Actually it is a case of money extortion by in -laws. A maintenance of 25000 out of 41000 has been awarded ignoring my liabilities/home loan instalments. How to get my appeal to be decided speedly at high court? Any direction from supreme court will be right in this regard?

No use going for appeal in HC, better contact wife with one time lumpsum alimony and get rid of headache wife. No use roaming to court for matrimonial matters. You will lose both time and money.
