Acjm not registering case

Dear lawyers and members,

IN MY CRPC 125 CASE FINAL JUDGEMENT PRONOUNCED ON 19/05/2013. THERE AFTER I HAVE FILED REVISION IN HC AND IT IS PENDING IN HC WITH STAY ORDER.

There after I have filed crpc 340 r/w 195 crpc on 11/12/2014 for giving completely false deposition and narrates a complete false story in deposition taken on oath in my crpc 125 case in ACJM court. But till date my crpc 340 application is pending in ACJM court. Till date the judge did not give any registration number of my application and telling it is her(lady judge) administrative matter and she will not give me any answer. The judge has given order to registrar not to give any registration no to any application without her permission. I had attached the documentary which clearly proves that the girl completely depose lie and narrates a false story in her deposition.

Can I file fresh application to District court or any other suprior court requesting the court to transfer the application to ACJM.

What should I do now? plz suggest me

My 498a case is also pending in the same court and I am going to win the same within 18 December 2015 as hc has given order to conclude the case within 18/12/2015.

That is the problem of Indian Judiciary System.

This system never wishes to arrive at the truth and actual fact to punish the guilty.

If the Judge himself/herself is corrupted, how innocents can get proper judgment which is his right?

  1. First pray to that judge to write in the order-sheet the reason why he/she does not wish to register the case. Refer the citations in my links in favor of your argument. (By giving a put-up (Sec. 151 of Code of Civil Procedure(CPC)).))

  1. Complaint against that judge to the chief District judge in written petition and pray to transfer the matter to a first track court for expedient trial. (Sec. 24 of Code of Civil Procedure (CPC)).

  1. You can approach to HC and file Criminal Writ (if a & b fails) as I have suggested in my links.

Please read each of my posts carefully in the following links for sample petitions and other necessary clues.
