Proof of adultery

the video recording is acceptable and the faces should be clear to recognise the parties

Along with clarity of faces in the vdo, the actions in the VDO should depict adultery eg:- like having s*x etc.

if the video recording gives an impression that they might have indulged in adultery ( it need not be the video of the actual s*xual act performed between them) when considered with the other proofs like sms chats,emails exchanged between both of them.for its very difficult to produce the video of the actual adultery performed such stand as mentioned above is taken by court

if the court wants to confirm whether the video clipping is genuine they will send it to the forensic lab
