Hello! Friend of mine is a resident of u.k and he holds a passport of ENGLAND. He and his spouse and his two children's all holds the U.K passport. Another of my friend and his wife and two children residents of indi wants to create a trust to start an education institution in Karnataka. Kindly clarify me the following: a) can foreigner can become a trustees. b) what are the clauses to add in the trust deed. c) is there any prior permission required from the government.
