Understanding Judgement

Petition for Quashing of FIR resulted in judgement "Dismissed as withdrawn". What does this mean? Before filing petition advocate was 90% sure for success in quashing. Will the fees for filing refunded now or the advocate fooled me..

It means that the same was not allowed and the court has asked to be dismissed as withdrawn.
