Enviroment pollution

We have been complaining to state pollution board for a company caused land and groundwater pollution but they come for inspection and creat false reports and go away not taking actions now i want to fike case against company for agriculture land pollution and ground water pollution what are the sections for this in CrPc and example cases that i should study i dont want to depend on my lawyer and want to research before filing case.
