Procedure for recovery of lost mobile from court.

I was having a mobile of Lenova which was lost at Shagun Chowk, Pimpri. After lost of mobile FIR was done at Pimpri Chowki Police Station, Pune. The mobile was recovered by police after 3 months and have asked to take this mobile now through Pimpri court, Pune. Request to know the legal process to get this mobile from court and the charges for getting this work done. With regards, Ashish Tomar Cell : 9850360308

1. File an application u/s 451 Cr.P.C. before the court. You will have to produce proof that the mobile belongs to you even though it has been recovered by the police and deposited in the court.This is how you will get back your mobile.

write a supurdgi nama in which it is written that you come to know from ps that your lost phone had recovered, now you want your phone back to you so please give orders to police to release and hand over the phone to you, exhibit the proof i.e bill of mobile phone with ieme no. which supports that the phone is yours .
