LIMITATION

I have entred into an agreement ten years back at that time the vendor had promised me that he didn't had khata in his name and he would execute absolute sale deed only after getting khata now he has got khata that is after ten years from my agreement can I file a suit for specific performance

If aforementioned condition exists in agreement then you can file suit for specific performance even after leps of. ten years.
