Hello,
I intend to run an ecommerice website to connect buyers and sellers. I intend to charge a commission for each transaction between the parties. In this case, do I have to charge service tax on the transaction? Should the same rate 12% be charged to both the parties?

i guss there is mistake you got to charge 14% service tax at persent
