498a dv divorce running and now 406 after 3 years

Dear Experts kindly advice

498a and DV are running since 2012. Then divorce was filed in 2013 (by girl) and now in 2015 she filed 406.

She filed 406 after 2 years of separation. Can she do that? Can you tell me on what grounds I can challenge it?

The girl was living with me away from my parents after 1 month of marriage. Marriage lasted for 5.5 months only.

Hello sir,

What details are you looking for? 498a dv and divorce are already running. My point is why now 406 is filed? They have made such claims in previous cases already in their story, but 406 was not there earlier. Now they have filed separated case of 406 after having an argument with my lawyer

now after 3 years of marriage and 2.5 years of Separation girl has filed 406 IPC. I got a summon from Lower Court only and no phone call from police for prima facie etc
