498a - quash

Can any one let me know whether 498A Quashing needs to be done only at High court and if failed can appeal in SC or can the appeal be directly entered in Supreme court too . Will SC allow it.

Can Quashing and transfer based on Jurisdiction grounds be entered in same plea so that if Quashing fails atleast Hon'ble Court will allow transfer petition .

a petition under section 482 crpc has to be made in the high court for quashing 498a.as far as transfer of case is concerned if the transfer is within the state then transfer application has to be made to high court or else if its between states then transfer application has to be presented in the sc
