Deed of release

Hello Friends,

My query is that after the demise of my father a property has to be transfered to my mothers name.

we all 5 (2 Brothers and 3 Sisiters) will be entering a Deed of Release without consideration and giving the property on the name of our mother.

NOw the question is , the property is to be after the death of my mother to be given to me (one of the 2 brothers) is there any way that i can add this clause in the deed itself ?

so that in future after the death of my mom i dint have to worry to take release from all my brothers and sisters agian.

in case of Intestate property You mother only is entitle to get the property after demise of your father. To qualify as a surviving spouse, the survivor must have been legally married to the deceased person at the time of death. Children do not have rights when the mother is alive.
