Award to file case against the concerned officers

I herd from one of complainant that "awarding of Rs. 50,000-00 from the Police Department to file cases against the concerned officers".

This is true,

Then under what condition the above facts can be used.

In response, the Inspector General of Police (CentralRange), Bangalore, has filed his replies dated 9-10-2009 stating that the Petitioner has filed several applications to the department and this petitions have been properly addressed. With regard to the petition dated 22-9-2008, he has stated that since the allegations were not proved against officer noted by him in his complaint as per the report of the Superintendent of Police, Bangalore District, a suitable endorsement has been sent to the Petitioner. Further, it is stated that in respect of the request for information of the Petitioner dated 19-6-2009, an enquiry was conducted through the Police Inspector and a suitable endorsement has been issued to the Petitioner on 3-7-2009.

6. Petitioner acknowledges the receipt of the information. However, he states that he has very specifically sought awarding of Rs. 50,000-00 from the Police Department to file cases against the concerned officers, as in the endorsement dated 10-9-2009, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Bangalore, has stated that to file case against Sri Srinivas, PSI, Sarjapura, and, Sri Ramaiah CPI, Attibele, and on this, the Respondent has not responded.
