Sir, my brother wife filed 498a, 323 and 406 on me, my wife, my smaller brother and my two maternal uncles in Rajasthan. The case is under trial on my brother and my parents. The IO removed the name of me, my wife, my smaller brother and my two maternal uncles in the chargesheet.
Please suggest can we file any cases against my brother's wife in this bases.

My brother (Husband) and my parent are under trial. who is filed these cases on the brother wife. i am live in delhi and cases are trial in rajasthan and girls witness given the statement on CRPC 161 statement. which location i fill these cases on my brother's wife.
