Will there be any obstacles in my selection?

Respected Greeting to all Elders,

Recently i've been short listed in to a Govt. sector job and received my joining date, as per formalities i have to fill in few forms where i encountered questions like:

Have you ever been arrested?

Have you ever been procecuted?, kept under detention?, bound down?, fined by court of law?, convicted by court of law for any offence?

i had a history of being wrongly, accused of penal code 1860, under section 307 ( not sure but similar, resulting in death) and later aquitted without pressing any charges on me.

As i have been proved innocent, i worked hard and got selected in Govt. sector job, now will this history effect my final selection into the Job ( job is not police, lawer or anything oriented judistrical category), kindly reply, will my selection be effected, because my life depends on it; suggest
