Land encroachment legal help required

Iam from Tamilnadu. I have 1/2 Farm land in near by Salem. My near by land owner occupied my land more than 2600 Sq.Fts. (6 Cent). He was adament and not accepting his mistake and vacating the land. Kindly help me how to handle this issue legally?.

hi

file a complaint under the land encroachment act..send a copy of the police to the SP of your department..no need to go behind the other owner for this..just team him a lesson through law..

things will work fast than expected if your complaint falls on a right IO officer at the station..
