Dear Sir
I am co-applicant in home loan account and my wife is main applicant. However complete EMI are paid by me. Now my question is,
Can i get the complete tax benifits indidually while filiing income tax returns?
Other details
My spouse is a housewife she had no any income and myself is working in private limited organisation.

You get tax benefit of EMI of house repayment as you are one of the borrower. In case of failure of repayment of house EMI you are also liable. To get clear idea you go to Bank and clarify your doubts.
