Harassment by a lawyer by 5 forgery cases so far and..

a lawyer of district court is taking advantage of being so. and he has done 5 false court cases and harassing a family for more than 10 years by breaking toilets,abusing, warnings,and keep destroying life and living in huge extent. now how to use law against his ill will in worth steps.better to get legendary steps as per requirement??

noone is above law.any of the family member who is being harassed by the lawyer can appoach the police and give a complaint on him
