Cross Examination in MC

Hi Experts, In Crpc 125 PW1 stating that I took her MBA certificates and not giving because of that she is not able to do job.hence I need to give maintanace. So can some one suggest me how to nail out this in cross examination ?

Has she made any police complaint for the same or has send any notice to you. The Degree/Mark sheets can be obtained easily from University fromwhere she has pursued her MBA within a day or two .Has she ever tried to obtain the same?
