Minor right in the HUF or ancestral property

I just want to know  the rights of a minor child  (esecially minor child of female member) during the partition where the female ( sister) give up  her  right on  the property in the name of her brother.

if the porperty has not ancental propety or self acqired property minor has not right in same but vise versa he or she share holde as per hindu laws
