My query is that there are certain documents which are executed in Goa. Our client wants to initiate action in DRT, Mumbai. Whether such documents can be brought from Goa to Mumbai with or without adjudication as the contention of the client is that since the jurisdiction of Goa bench is Mumbai, then the documents can be brought to Mumbai without any payment to be made for differential stamp duty on such documents.
