. my wife left my family in august-14, she was pregnent(3months) that time.I have applied for divorce because i cant stay with her anymore. since last 8 months she is not appearing in the court and her lawyer makes unreasonable arguments for no appearance and judge gives her relaxation evertime. now evenbefore replying to divorse petition she has asked for maintenence of 50000 rs for baby and child.this is equal to my salary..how can i pay this much? i am willing to pay for child..she earns double than me..now she is on leave from her private job not left the job..will go to job may b after 3-4 months..pls advice on
