I am seeking information for regarding rules and reguolations and laws governing organisation s/institutions working for alcoholic people inorder to rescuse them from alcoholic addiction.
One of my client has approached me for registration of his organisation as Trust.
There is prerequisite that the organization must operate for 2 years before applying for registration as Trust. Client has approached me with a query if he can use the name of the praposed trust before obtaining the registration or not? He has alrady applied for registration at Pune before concerned authority in the month of June 2014 but he has not received registration certificate yet. there are no objections in the file as well.
can any body help me with rules and regulations for such organisation and also guide me if they can use the name of the trust for their regular working before obtaining registration
