Hello,
My wife wants permanent alimony and has filed a maintainance case.
She is working in a private firm and might be getting an handsome salary to maintain herself.
I have filed RTI applications to the employer, income tax department and PF department for the details which they are denying as details requested are 3rd party not in the public interest.
Questions:
1. How can I get these details to prove that she is employed?
2. Can I file an application requesting for court to direct employer/department to furnish these details?
3. Under which section i can file an application?
