Respected Sir,
They are two case one filled my me(husband) and one filled by her(wife), I have filled the first case and she filled later.Judge instructed to file a joint memo to treat both the case as a single case and then he asked who filed the first affidavit(that is me - husband) and also asked to me provide proof affidavit for the same only to me, is it that my wife need not file a proof affidavit, what is the merits and demerits for the same. This as per Sec HMA 12,14 and 16 , civil case, Principal sessions court.
What is the advantage and disadvantages of filling joint memo and then me only filling proof affidavit.
Does she need not apply proof affidavit.
In this case how cross examination happens.
