My wife has file DV case against me ,
She is declaring himself as non working women , and demanding Rs 25000 PM. we dont have child also.
My wife is Post graduate and was working in MNC and earning 20000 PM.
Now she changed the company .
How can I find out in which company she is currently working.
How can I prove she is working. I am having details of Past companies ( salary slip etc).
I am having xerox of her Post graduate degree as well.
But for current company I dont have any details.

Engage a smart head hunter to call her for a job opening, she will disclose where she is working. Hire a detective who would easily get information after shadowing her for 2-3 days. Search her profile on Linkedin / Job Sites
Note maintenance can also be denied in case wife is highly educated with past work experience and capable of maintaining herself.

Through RTI you can find details. Furnish RTI to EPF department.
EPF A/C details written on salary slip.
You can also inspection income tax details.
You can also give application with affidavit to court for call report through police help.

Ask your friend or any relative as if calling from HR consultancy from xyz company and having a telephonic interview for ________ post and this conversation can be recorded using android mobile phone, ask present company, present salary,reason for leaving the company,her strngths, her weakness, etc.,
If you actually use an HR friend it would be really effective.
