Can certified copy of the sale deed taken by 3rd party

Can unknown person take certified copy of the sale deed of other’s house if he knows property details ????

Note - I am not an owner. I am 3rd party.

Will sub registrar provide certified copy of the sale deed for 3rd party only by giving the address.

What are the details needs to be submitted to get the cc of sale deed.

you need details like name of owner, date of registration, document number, book no, volume no etc which a third person might not know.
