Dear friends
i was a ca and cs final student as well as lic agent(7 yrs.) in year 2013. my article ship for ca was going on then. i gave exams of accountant and jr. accountant in state electricity corporation(Rajasthan) and got selected in both. then i joined the job as accountant and stopped the ca and cs as well as lic agency. now in march, 2015 i switched to other corporation job( semi govt. entity). i met someone today from lic, who told me that you can continue your lic agency since you were doing it before joining the job. can i do so? please explain the legal status. however my bond with semi govt. body(corporation limited) forbids any kind of trade,business, occupation directly or indirectly.
please help me on this matter
