my client want to develop a land in collaboration in Ghaziabad with original owner. kindly let me know following ASAP-

1. stamp duty on power of attorney in U.P.

2. stamp duty on Memorandum of Association in UP

3. Stamp duty on Collaboration Agreement in UP

4. if power of attorney is registerd at some other state while property is located in UP, effect of same and validity?
