Eviction of sub tenant

I have a building i have leased to an IT company to use as a company accommodation and given permission to them to sub-let the property to its employees for accommodation purposes. i want to evict the company, do i have to give notice to the sub-lessee as well? any case law or provision to back up? this is in Mysore Karnataka.
