How many bail bonds can a person sign for the same accused

Dear experts,

I want to know how many times can somebody sign bail bond with surety amount etc.. in favor of the same accused person but in different cases?

Is there any limit posed on a person 'A' taking bail of the same accused person 'B' but in different criminal cases (498a, 494 and other is 420) and in different courts?

Thanks and regards

Prakash

There is no such limit...

a person may take as many bail for an accused as he/she can, but in different cases and on different sureties, Movable or Immovable.

Formal disclosure of earlier sureties by same person is required to be given in subsequent cases...

Hope u r satisfied

There is not any limitation, a person can give sureties in different cases of an accused but he have to disclose his previous sureties given by him on his subsequent sureties given in favour of same accused .

Many thanks..for the satisfactory answers..

Now what if he did not disclose anything about the first bail while giving sureties in the second bail..

Since I am not involved in the second case as a party..How can this be reached in the consideration of the court for the second case?

Would the accused be required to furnish a fresh bail bond.. in either of the cases?

Regards

Prakash

As rightly observed it appears to be an academic and vague query, the querist may come out with some background details so that he can get more proper opinions.
