Can conditions be mentioned in mutual consent divorce ?

1. Can a MCD petition mention that 498a and dv case will be withdrawn after filing the petition ?

or should the cases be withdrawn before filing of MCD ?

2. If the cases are to be withdrawn after filing of MCD  , when would it be withdrawn  ? and how would the 498a and dv act cases kept on hold till the cases have been withdrawn   as they are in different courts ??

3.In the cooling period of 6 months , is there any requirement for the applicants or lawyers to give any statement or evidence ?

What is the best way to do MCD if 498a & dv cases are there ?

Any number of conditions can be mentioned in MCD petition.

And what you need is one suitcase full of money.

Rest is cool.

You get divorce in 6  months time.
