Blank sign coat paer

Due to some financial crisis i have taken loan from my friend against a blank sign coat paper....presently i am unable to pay interest for last 3 months ....now he is chasing me to recover his money immediately

so what action he may take against my blank sign coat paper,,,kindly suggest.....

Dear, He can file a recovery suit ..... But why blank paper he can put anything he want to ..... Did he paid the money via cash or cheque ...? Regards Kapil Chandna Adv 9899011450
