unauthorised occupants act

Sir I am working in PSU since last 15 yrs, was alloted company accomodation. 2 years back , i left my house & stayed outside due to continued quarrels with wife. Accomodation was still occupied by my wife and kids. My wife lodged several cases against me, also her behaviour was unacceptable and same was brought to my company management. They issued eviction order under this act and started recovering huge rent from my salary. They dont have complaints from neighbour and no complaint in pls stn against her. While my wife is dependant on me, is this action by my company fair. If where should i appeal.
