One of my family member file suit for partition against his father and mother in law, regarding a plot left by her deceased husband.She also filed stay application.SO my question is how can we avoid stay ? we are in possession and we are two co-sharers on one side as compared to one.

submit arguments against stay application in court and get it dismissed by court and then court will not grant stay order.
