Dear All,
Would like to know the procedure.
Case was registered under IPC crinimal law section 406/420/471/467/468/405/120 ipc year feb 2010 includng three persons.case is in lower court since then challan is given to court.
one witnessed crossed happen.
know party has submit application for reinvestigation appliaction given to ssp.
my question:-
1.whts the procedure for getting reinvestigation cancellation.
2.whts the impact on the case
plz suggest at the earliest.

Thyanks for the reply.case in lower court mohali punjab.judge has ordered bonding of witnessed but didnt full fil the requirement and know they have post a application that we have sent application to ssp mohali for reinvestigation on this matter so adjourn the hearing and give date.
know we hve got the notice of copy of notice which is sent my judge marking to police station where case has been registered stating to sho that whether there is a need of investigation.
so what we can do further to get the thing done in our favour.
