apartment association made a badminton court on my parking without my permission and now pressurizing me park vehicle differently. badminton court was not in the original plan provided by builder. association is registered under law of Karnataka. i conveyed my concerns to association lot of times verbally. they did not bother to listen and starting mentally harassing me and started cornering me. even i spoke to builder also but no help, please advice me how to proceed on this matter from scratch.
