My mother has done a gift registration of 6 acrs land to my sister. In those 6 acrs only 4.90 acrs are having registration on my mother's name
and 1.10 acrs is not on my mother's name.
This 1.10 acrs is on some other person's name. But my mother registered total 6 acrs to my sister.
I am getting different opinions like it is partially valid and fully invalid.
Because, those 6 acrs are not on same survey number. But all are mentioned in same schedule in the registered document.
is this total registration invalid?
