Forced into marriage

Hi,

I am writing for a girl from my village. She is 21 years old. She is forced into marriage to 35 year old man by her uncle.

Her uncle had taken 50000 RS for marriage.

Can I help her ?

You file a writ of habeas corpus in court requesting her production in person. The police will bring her to the court. The court will ask her questions. If she confirms what you say the court will order her release. If she says that she accepts the old man as her husband you can do nothing.
