Good day, Can anyone explain me about the IPC sections against the employer or Management of a firm who is
1) Irresponsible on workplace harassment and crime against humanity.
2) Trying to be favor to the criminal who did crime against humanity.
3) Trying to dilute the complaint. and Trying to destroy the evidences.
4) Trying to save the culprit who did the crime against humanity.
5) Irresponsible about the complaint given by the victim.
6) Trying to save the criminal just to save the firm's dignity against proven crimes
7) Not implementing the Internal Complaints Committee and not responding about the complaints given by the Victim.
Please give all possible IPC Section to go against the Employer or Management on above activities.
