I need one clarification. I planning to buy 1 acr land from one person. In that 1 acr , only 70 cents are on seller's name and remaining 30 cents are not on sellers name. Seller is saying that I will do registration for those 30 cents also. Because it is on my position since log time. Those 30 cents are on some unknown persons name.
If I register 1 acr, Is this total registration valid?
