need advice on 498/406

Put up joint mutual divorce petition on jan 2015... Wife did not told me now that they had filed 498a and 406 against me and my parents in may 2012. 1. What is the procedure to withdraw 498 by wife..wife is ready to cooperate 2. Is bail required before applying for withdrawl of 498 by my wife 3. Wife already informed police stn thrugh application that she wants to withdraw the case. 4. Time taken for withdrawal of case Pls advice
