Sec 24 HMA says that the case to be disposed of in 60 days.
Does it include the court holidays and weekends as well?
Wife filed 24 HMA in response to 13.1.1a on 15 Oct 2014.
Then 2 dates gone and husband is going to file counter for the same on next date ie 30 Jan 2015.
This means it is more than 90 days since the HMA 24 petition was filed by wife.
Though husband provided all details to his lawyer, his lawyer delayed the counter submission.
Does this mean, the wife will win 24 HMA as exactly as she petitioned?
She has asked very high maintenance of 50,000 as maintenance by lying her husband salary to be more than 2 times as the actual?
Please help me with your expert advice.
