ONE OF MY FRIEND IS HAVING A 498 CASE RUNNING IN COURT

SHE WANT DIVORCE NOW. HER ADVOCATE SUGGESTS HER TO APPLY FOR DIVORCE AND IF HE HUBBY DOES NOT COME TO REPLY DIVORCE WILL BE GRANTED.

MY QUESTION IS :-

IS IT POSSIBLE ?

why you want to adopt such long process talk to your husband regarding mutual divorce and file mutual consent divorce by making your mou in the family court and get seperated in 6 months .

as per your lawyer saying you friend will get ex-parte divorce and after that if her husband appeals in higher court then the case will start a fresh again so go for MCD in which both parties has to agree and only within 6 to 8 months you will get divorce
