Software for legal research

Hi friends

I am working on a web based software to help lawyers conduct legal research more efficiently.

If you could answer these two questions, it'll be really helpful.

What software do you use for legal research currently (Manupatra, Scconline, Westlaw, LexisNexis etc. Please mention if you use any other)
Did you face any problems or did you need any features in this software.

Please don't jump to conclusions here. I don't think i mentioned any website or app name or anything of the sort which can be considering promoting or spam in any sense. I just had a query about what tools lawyers currently use and what problems they face with them. Thanks
