1. Your locus standi as to make your competent to seek injuction against anti dumping. If the dumping is done near your house you can file such civil suit restraining such dumping of waste in your surroundings as per the Anti Dumping Law of India. Contact a local advocate for such purpose.

I think I need to elaborate my question a little bit more. "Control" under Rule 2(b) explanation of the Anti-Dumping Rules of India (WTO Law) is defined as follows,'One is deemed to control another when he is in a position to legally or operationally exercise restraint or direction over the other.' I just want to understand the scope and meaning of the words legal and operational control.
