Dvc-dismissed as not pressed

Hi,

My DVC status is now Uncontested--DISMISSED AS NOT PRESSED . My wife withdrawn DVC case against me and my family members 3 months back. we are still living seperately as 498a also on me and my family. Mediation talks failed and now she planned to file DVC again. Can she file DVC again me and my family memebers after withdrawn? Is it possible.?
